•Manager recruited 4 new members

•Wrote an article for the Main Street News and posted on website
•Updated downtown Business Directory
•Updated Main Street quarterly reports
•Submitted a book proposal to Arcadia Publishing for a nonfiction book on Lake Wales history. The book proposal was accepted.
•Held the first focus group of business leaders May 26
•Met with National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Heritage Travel representative Scott Geoff.
•Attended Florida Main Street 101 training in Auburndale June 10 & 11
•Attending Main Street Summer Quarterly meeting in Winter Haven June 12
•Women’s Club is booked for October 16, 2009 Annual Dinner. They are donating the rental, a $300 value making them an in-kind member.
•Added LakeWalesMainStreet.com link to Lake Wales on Wikipedia.com
